What is
Sublimation?

You have to feel it to believe it!

Sublimation is the process by which an image printed on paper is transferred to another surface (or substrate). Unlike conventional inks, sublimation inks are converted directly from a solid to a gas under heat and pressure, causing them to bond with the fibers of synthetic materials such as polyester. The molecules of ink revert to a solid state upon cooling, permanently staining the surface of the polyester.

The "Sublimation" process results in 'eye popping' colors and crisp, sharp image reproduction on a variety of materials. The materials we use are described on the 'Portfolio' pages of this site. It is true that you have to feel it to believe it.

Since this is a dye, it is permanent. Products are washable using normal laundry procedures, resist stains, and have excellent wearability.

The process works best on white materials; however ash gray shirts also reproduce photos nicely. A number of brightly colored mens and womens styles are available in the "VAPOR" line of shirts. They print just fine but the dyes tend to alter colors dramatically. I am perfectly willing to work with you with this problem.
